Our Member Portals
Manage your pharmacy benefits anytime, anywhere through two convenient portals. For either one, your journey begins by registering at My RxBenefits. From there, you can access the Illuminate Rx member portal using single sign-on. These portals let you view and download your digital ID card, access real-time prior authorization status, check your claims history, and see coverage details.

Prior Authorization Requests
Some prescriptions require a prior authorization (PA) review before they can be filled. This ensures the medication has been prescribed in accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) criteria and clinical guidelines.
Most PAs take one to three business days to process if all necessary information is available.

Provider Resources
Reimbursement, appeals, or network requests: If you need to submit a reimbursement or appeals request, have a network issue, or want to join the network, log in to the Pharmacy Portal. Just use your NCPDP username and password to sign in. Or, you can call Illuminate Rx at 1-866-683-5224, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central
