Member Portal

Members can manage their pharmacy benefits anytime, anywhere with our convenient portal. The journey begins by registering at My RxBenefits. From there, members can access the Illuminate Rx Member Portal using single sign-on. Members can view and download their digital ID cards, access real-time prior authorization status, check their claims history, and see coverage details.

Fill a Prescription

It’s never been simpler for members to order their medications with Illuminate Rx. This convenient, step-by-step guide explains how to quickly and easily find a retail, mail-order, or specialty pharmacy, place a medication order, and review costs.

Prior Authorization Requests

Some prescriptions require a prior authorization (PA) review before they can be filled. This extra check is designed to ensure the medication has been prescribed in accordance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) criteria and clinical guidelines.

Most PAs take one to three business days to process if all necessary information is available.

Provider Resources

If providers need to submit a reimbursement or appeals request, have a network issue, or want to join the network, they can log in to the Pharmacy Portal. They just need their NCPDP username and password to sign in.
